I think that this is a great product. I have been using it on dirt and rock and nothing has broken and the lights have been working well. The material is a little tacky and rubbery, but I am sure that is meant to absord the shock from hard impacts. The AXE flys a lot like an Archangel disc having the characteristic hard fade at the end. I have used many other types of night disc and this is one of the best.
